Drawing inspiration from Chinese and Japanese landscape art, I used vertical compositions reminiscent of traditional hanging scrolls to emphasize the story’s journey toward the moon, balanced with expansive horizontal spreads that add rhythm and scale.

    This project was a joy to illustrate, combining dreamlike imagery, cultural inspiration, and a sense of wonder.
